Scroll Basics
Scrolls appear near bushes (all maps), rocks, and trees. Collect all scrolls in your camp to receive a compass and digging tool. The compass points to the buried advantage.
Serengeti Tips
Run the camp perimeter immediately. Scrolls are visible sticking out of sparse bushes. This is the best map to practice the scroll-to-compass workflow.
Jungle Tips
Look up — scrolls hang in trees. Jump to reach them quickly. Check every tree line along the camp border.
Tropical Tips
Search systematically in grid patterns. Dense foliage hides scrolls — check every bush cluster twice. Water between camps limits time, so prioritize visible areas first.
Bamboo Tips
When the compass points to bamboo chutes, equip your hammer and break them. The river wrapping the map can guide your search direction.
